We were a difficult client because we were looking for a very specific type of property. She was patient when we kept changing our minds on what we wanted, proactive in sending properties we might be interested in, and extremely responsive when we had even the simplest question. She was always prepared and had done her homework before every showing. If there was a question she didn’t know, she made sure to find out for us that same day. There was even a time we found a house we wanted to see, and even though she was out-of-town, she made special arrangements with another Realtor to make sure we could see it. She even offered to go and preview properties when we didn’t have time or weren’t quite sure whether it would be exactly what we wanted. When we did find the house we loved, she didn’t stop or slow down. She helped us negotiate, was knowledgeable and straight forward, walked us through the process, kept us on track with inspections and other deadlines, and fought to make sure we got what was fair and reasonable. She had the foresight to put specific requirements in the additional provisions, which ended up being of great benefit right before closing. She followed up on inspection matters and provided answers before I could barely ask the question. She is a friendly, responsive, proactive, high-performing Realtor who you will not be disappointed you used for your home purchase.

We gave her an impossible task of finding us a house with a lot of specifics. She worked so hard for us, from calling the city to find out zone specifications. To finding us a bat guy, when the house we loved had a barn overrun with bats. She drove with us to every weird, and far location and handled everything with such professionalism. We were first time home buyers and super scared about the whole process but Beth made everything super easy and simple. She really cares about her clients and was there for us at anytime of the day. Highly recommend!!
